LATIVA 1a/b. A hybrid produced by Bischoff Tulleken Lelies, registered in 2001. Inside very strongly speckled dark red on up to 1/3 of each petal on a brilliant yellow background., apex of the petal is brilliant yellow., throat strong yellow-green; nectaries white hairy; pollen brown; stem up to 40 inches with 6 to 7 flowers; and blooms late June.

Winnipeg -Marlene Puls : I planted the bulbs of Lativa in a pot with a soil mix that included garden soil, peat moss and bone meal. I then buried the pot up to the rim in one of my lily beds which receives morning and afternoon sun. The stems reached a height of two feet with 3 or 4 blooms. This is not one of my favourite lilies but it is interesting.
